How often do you do strength and flexibility exercises?
Right now it (yoga) is every day because I set myself a goal each month that amounts to 'more often than not' and I slacked off a bit at the beginning of the month!

Unfortunately had to tick less than once a week.
Hoping with my 3 part, full body, legs and walking warmup routine, trotting and post trot stretching routines that will be enough to strengthen my trotting body and let me build up to my once in a lifetime marathon.Forgot to mention and I am hoping the gardening contributes considerably to maintaining my strength.

I'm doing 'Yoga with Adriene' '30 Days of Yoga' right now. I turned to Adriene when my weekly class was cancelled due to flooding. Recommend it.
Every day now, used to be after a run or sporadically.
I was going to say once a week because that's what I (just about) manage in terms of a specific s&f entry on my training plan. But, as I do pilates twice a week anyway (from before running) and am doing a daily yoga session - also with Adriene, I decided not to be so hard on myself and voted every day instead 😀
What's the yoga with Adriene?
I thought I replied to this, so not sure where that went! Google Yoga with Adriene. She has loads of videos on youtube that are all free. She's a very easygoing yoga teacher. She has a calendar which you can follow daily, or just pick and choose what you fancy. She does a new 30 day series each January - this year's was called Home. Lots of us on here use her videos.
3 times a week is probably the average. I wish it were more.
