Does 4 days out of seven qualify as major part?

Running 3 to 4 times a week, thanks to c25k. A couple of months ago I would have fallen into one of the bottom two categories.

Me too, except that I simply wasn't well enough. Still need to be careful but I prioritise the running now.

It's my 4th runniversary and I'm still running although, due to health problems, not as much as I'd like to. Running has changed my life for the better. :-)

Its a major part of my life now since doing the C25K. I either go out running or go to the gym almost every day. Four months ago I would have said I used to do some exercise but as I have got older I've stopped. Age is not a barrier, only your mind and what you tell you yourself.
