I'm on day 34 of the 5x50 challenge so I'm doing a lot of different sports at the moment. S&F is the one I do to do more work on my arms, and also when I don't have a lot of time
we should all do what we feel comfortable doing, something is better than nothing.
Agreed. Gardening, walking, writing - even lists! Just one remove.
This includes a steep hill, which leaves me puffed even though I do it every day. Hope to see this improve as I get fitter.
I recommend Nordic Walking. Improves the upper body as well. Makes it easy to walk fast, and the poles help going up and down hills. Gentle on my knees. I had lessons in Edinburgh and it's great fun, and a great way of meeting a variety of new people.

I like cycling on my stationary bike while watching a TV show. I'm not much of an outdoor girl.
I exercise on a stationery bike.
Had second knee replacement end of July and taking it all carefully.
Have just discovered that I have Bursitis in my hip, knee and feet. At last I know what is really wrong I can fix it with resting the joint that hurts and strengthens the muscles around. Yippe.
I walk quickly for 6000 steps. Also lift weight machines.
