At STARS, our mission is to improve the diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for people living with syncope; celebrating 30 years of STARS we have worked collaboratively with the NHS to improve services for people living with syncope/loss of consciousness. Collaboration is key!

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) causes a quarter of all deaths in the UK, sudden cardiac death is the number one killer and all too often the only symptom is fainting (syncope). There Is No Such Thing As A Simple Faint - take fainting to heart!
