Insurance for "under investigation"

My daughter is under investigation for syncope. We are struggling to find travel insurance for USA - can anyone recommend a company please.

Hi thanks for reply. I've looked at the websites but as my daughter is under investigation at the moment and hasn't got a formal diagnosis companies won't insure. I've spoken to STARS today and they are currently in talks with some companies so a little hope at the moment.

Try comparethemarket online and mymoney supermarket. There's a section for preexisting medical conditions on one of them with a tick box for ongoing investigations. We got a really good price with one this way

Thanks, have managed to get cover with just travel. Com through medical travel. Not covered for the syncope as it's under investigation but I'm ok with that as we know what you do. £45 and her brother is covered as well!

My daughter is also insured with Just travel - she has a diagnosis of POTS. How old is your daughter?
