Does anybody else with vaso vagal syncope wake up super dehydrated which leaves you with a foggy head for the rest of the day?

I just dont seem to get on top of it and its leaving me feeling quite tired during the day.

It is frustrating to wake up with a 'foggy head'. If you have low blood pressure I am sure you have been told to increase your fluid level. Try to drink 3 - 4 pints (1.5 - 2.0 litres) of water in the first few hours of your day. You should then drink enough to keep your urine clear. If at the end of a day your urine is yellow then you need to increase your daily fluid level.

I hope this will help and as the days get warmer, then your fluid intake will need to increase.

I do and I always thought I was because I had sweated in the night. I will give it a try.
