Hi there! How many steps did you get today on your walk?
I forgot to take a snapshot but Ann and I walked together

I have started moving lam up to about 6 or 7 thousand steps still painful

I have been trying to get a walk in every day some days the knee is so painful l only get about 4 to 5 thousand steps in but I keep going
