Hi Lulu, I really enjoyed meeting you in Chicago. 20 blocks every day is a really good goal. I learned from another class that walking makes all the muscles around your knees much stronger, so then your muscles can take some of the strain and so your knees hurt less! My goal is to run my first 5K in one months time so lets team up and encourage each other
