Good source for what to do about knee pain.

I've seen that many are looking for advice on what to do about knee pain. Since the first advice I would give is to see a provider to get appropriately diagnosed. Here is a site I found which has good tips. One of the tips listed is making sure your shoe provides the right amount of support. Visit the site and check out what else is listed.

webmd.com/osteoarthritis/kn... Hope this helps to alleviate some of that pain. Share with other if any of the tips worked. Good luck.
