hi Aliw,

Do you suffer bloating, pain, constipation, loose stools or just indigestion?

Hello AliW, It doesn't sound serious. The medication you are taking could be irritating the lining of your stomach so let your doctor know about these symptoms. You may need some medicine. In the meantime try these home remsdies- Peppermint tea, peppermint and ginger tea, ginger on it's own infused with boiling water, all good for indigestion. These can be bought at the supermarket in the form of tea bags or you can buy fresh and infuse at home. Add sugar or honey or not, depending on your taste. Form fresh, just crush a knob of ginger and simmer for about 5mins with a mug of water, strain if necessary and allow to cool a bit so you don't burn your mouth. (fresh peppermint can be added to the ginger and simmered for same amount of time. For peppermint alone just pop a few leaves in a mug and add boiling water add sugar or honey, again depending on your taste.

Try not to get constipated as this can make you feel very uncomfortable. Eat lots of fruits and veg, drink plenty and get some laxatives from your doc or buy over the counter if you need to. If you're still feeling the same after a couple of days pop along to see your doctor.

Good luck!
