thanks I will look into that

Hiya Ive had scleorderma diffuse for 14 years ! I use oilatum bath emollient (you have to clean the bath after getting out of it as the Oilatum is quite greasy !), I then apply Hydromol cream to my entire body. I have recently started using PawPaw cream on my face and ulcers which has helped them considerably ! This is a daily routine for me and my close friends refer to me as a mermaid as Im always in the bath lol The skin on my face is less tight and those oh so lovely deep lines around my face do not seem as prominent ! Infact my Consultant commented on my face before I told her that I had been using Paw Paw cream !

If you want to try the Paw Paw cream - it is only available in Australia. I got mine from this website - makeuwell.com/

Sometimes as a treat to myself lol, I will squirt a few drops of johnsons baby oil into the oilatum bath water ! yep, I know how to spoil myself and live the dream with this wonderful health challenge !

I hope this helps you froggy - I would be interested to know if this regime works for you also ?! :)

Not what you're looking for?

I have just been to the optician and been told I have dry eyes. She recommended drops, but what are the best drops to use?

I also have very dry nostrils (inside) - is this connected to the scleroderma? Could the dry eyes...
