Hi I have vasculitis - wegeners which is linked to arthritis and for the past week my hands have been shaking uncontrollably too. It is so bad that IS am afraid to go near the cooker.

I am at the hospital tomorrow so I will let you know what they say about it.

Best wishes

Anita

My left hand shakes. I thought that it was old age.

Hi again. The doctor told me that the shakes are a side effect from the steroids and will last until they reduce the dosage.

My hands shake constantly and I hate it ! I'm haven't taken steroids for over a year although I do have Sjogrens/Scleroderma. These autoimmune issues are such that whatever is going on at the moment that can't be explained otherwise seems to be blamed on that --- and probably does account for most.
