I have constant pins and needles numbness on the bottom of my left foot. Anyone know if this is from Raynaud's(mine is severe) or PAD?

I had something like that a few year ago and I was found to have a narrowing of my artery. I suggest you go and see your GP and get referred very soon.

Best wishes.

thanx, I had vascular studies repeated last month, and it does show some occlusion.

thanx Suzie; I manage it okay, but no real relief from it. My left foot is always more affected than my right foot. Good luck at the rheumatologist :)

That's true! The occlusion is from the vascular studies report my rheum received (peripheral arterial tests).
