Teeth!!!

Hi guys Ive just came back from my denist.. to find that lot of my teeth are very weak!! And could lose my k9 and the one next it... I'm not a very happy bunny!!

I was just wondering if raynauds can effect your teeth!! If so will I get help with implants due due to raynaulds!!

I have a number of loose teeth at the front & I was told by my consultant that it was the Scleroderma causing mine. Apparently my gums have shrunk back but my mouth has also shrunk.

I don't know if if you can get help with implants.

I agree with Jensue. My teeth are all wobbly. I suggest that if you have osteoporosis don't have implants.

Anything to do with your mouth will take along time to heal. I had 9 teeth pulled last year and got partials.

Hello, it is a nightmare isn't it. I have Scleroderma and Sjogrens and most of my front tops are loose. I have to have 6 teeth upper front out but cant bring myself to do it yet Dentures, yuk ... I have investigated having implants via Eastman Dental Hospital - have been told that I would be a good candidate but whether the NHS will pay is another matter It is very difficult to get funds apparently so will poebably end up having dentures

I would suggest that you ask your dentist to refer you to the nearest dental hospital where they specialise in problems such as you have described. The RSA has a dental leaflet for patients and also one for dentists. Certainly worth looking at.
