Im a runner with raynauda I've had 6 stress fractures are the to connected I try to rest often but it doesn't seam to help?

I don't know. You had best ask your specialist. Do you have scleroderma? Do you have a rheumatologist? You could also ask your sports specialist. What does your GP say? Sorry only questions.

Thanks zenabb I dont no if I have scleroderma or rheumatologist I will ask my doctor frankly i've never herd of either one.

I'm a runner too. I've been having a problem keeping my feet warm enough in the winter to run. I usually run outside and our winter this year wasn't too cold but I still found my toes and feet absolutely freezing when I ran. As a result, I just didnt go out there. I would like to find a good shoe or sock that will keep my feet warm outside in the cold.

In the winter I wear the saucony razor it's a water proof trail it's not my favorite shoe and it's heavy but you can try a cotton sock if you dont get blisters.

I only discovered raynauds this year in January... I kinda freaked out. Now I wont go out much if its below freezing. I'll shoe shop. thanks
