Hi all - does anyone know of any available treatment for haemosidian staining on ankle and feet as a result of leaky veins/capillaritis? Thanks

I don’t think there are any direct treatments but I do believe that IPL ( intense pulsed light) therapy is supposed to help in some instances. As a podiatrist I would always suggest daily moisturising of the affected area, exercise to improve blood flow, leg elevation especially when sitting to prevent blood pooling and aid venous return and compression hosiery if needed.
