are these symptoms common?

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with Raynauds many years ago along with Fibre Chronic fatigue and PBC and told I have pre cursors to scleroderma and or Crest , I have couple of questions that have been on my mind for a couple of years and would love the feedback from all you wise ones. are these Scleroderma related

a) I rarely get feel cold in the normal sense of the word anymore, now I get feelings of pain in a given area, could be back, shoulder, arm, neck etc and only realise that the pain is because the area is cold to the touch, and I then either rub it vigorously or more often use hot water bottle or heat pad, I almost long for the old feeling of just being cold, I can't remember when I last put another layer on or turned the heating up , yet can't go near the fridge or freezer without gloves.

b) over the past 5 years after a couple of falls etc the drs have found 'calcified' lumps or cysts, and glandular masses each has been diagnosed as diagnosed but again im wondering if this is anything to do with Sclero and whether I should be just accepting these diagnoses

Thanks everyone
