Took my 10mg of Nefepadine last night it's the quick release can already feel a difference in my hands and feet, anyone else take this med!

Yes Im on it and I feel it helps. When I started it I did get hot flashes and my face was flushed for a few days. It helped me so I hope it keeps making a difference to you!

I take 30 mg in summer and am now taking 90 mg. (I have a high drug tolerance.) My symptoms have improved but not totally gone away when the weather gets cold and damp.

Yes i take it and it helps. 20mg was making my blood pressure too low so I am now on 10mg twice a day. Slows release is much better for me. If it is really cold I do have to take the 20mg twice a day.

Yes it helps me , I don't know why they didn't put me on the extended release.

It is said that extended release is better for the heart, so ask now you know it helps.
