Me too. Legs, back and neck and head so so painful. I think weather change and I have had a chronic sinus infection for 5 weeks. Think it is tied up with my Sjogrens. Never had one this bad before. Oh the joys of winter. Hubby doesn't really seem to understand. Which doesn't help. Hey ho! We will all keep each other going. Lucky we all gave each other🤗

Hi Sarog, yep went to Scarborough today with my granddaughter, got out of car, and hey presto bluey/purple hands, so my wonderful granddaughter held one of my hands to warm it up, my other hand in my pocket. i hasten to add we had a fantastic time, xxxx

Me too! This horrible weather is not helping - even none Raynaud's friends are wearing coats and saying how cold it is. For me it's my legs - years ago, I walked in with them to see the Rheumy and they got me an instant diagnosis :O)

My knees realiy do the hurt and ice cold too!

My husband suggested putting on the central heating low and it is helping. The other thing that's helping me a bit is cardigans instead of jumpers - I wear like a jumper but if I start getting too warn I open them a up bit, if I start getting cold up goes the zip! It gives me some cover all the time rather than the cycle of too cold put on jumper, too hot take it off.

My warm thoughts to everyone and hoping the weather settles very very soon (no more of these 10degree plus changes -please!!!). xx

Hi yes definitely weather related, fingers white, blue, purple black and already with the cold wind, think my much sworn by Gingko Biloba has lost its potency for me bring back the sunshine! xx

Feel so crap today aches n pain stress anxiety the lot all my body ache legs any idea took pain killers done nothing x
