Hello Sarog, welcome, You have come to the right place, we all understand how each other is feeling, all be it that we experience slightly different symptoms at different times, so never feel alone, take care xxxx

hi Sarah Taylor, I too have both scleroderma and raynauds and totally believe how bad you feel some days. I try not to show it too much because I don't want my friends to think I am always moaning. Try to be as cheerful as you can during your better days and think as positive as you can. With me the pain and problems change all the time and when you are having a bad day focus on happy memories. What type of pain do you experience? My most upsetting days are when I can't see. I aim every day to achieve something, anything it helps me to go to bed feeling happier. Take care.xx
