Hurt fingers...

Hello I’m charliegirl as I get older I swear things that never bothered me is now bothering me smh I have these like paper cuts on 7 of my fingers and they hurt like crazy I can’t touch anything without me cursing so I have Vaseline and got them bandage up gosh it’s so messed up. Now I hit my fingers on everything this is not good I’m so over this :(. Pic I took shows thumb and middle finger healing

Hi Charliegirl, I often get these, and I know, they are painful and annoying, just to put it lightly. The only way I can deal with them is so bear pain for a couple of minutes, with sanding them down with an Emery board, then sealing them with a clear nail varnish! Lol! It is painful as you do it, but my God, it helps, and stops anything else affecting them. Good luck, with however you go on with them, but ensure your hands are well moisturised at all times, and wear warm gloves in cold conditions and rubber gloves in water. x

Hi there from Canada. I found by sticking a pin in a vitiamin E capsule and applying it to my fingers was a big help, it is a little Greesey but rub it in. You can also get a bottle of Vitiamin E in the Liquid form and spread it on. Both worked for me. I use mostly the liquid but when I run out I go to the capsule

Hi Charliegirl I get them a lot and find putting some germolene on them and then using New Skin the liquid plaster by Germolene (Boots sell it) really helps it to heal. I hate them, they hurt like heck.

Hi Charliegirl, I also get these and they are so very painful. I haven’t found anything that really works other then moisturising and riding it out. Hope they clear up soon.

I got Fluosinonide cream prescription from my doctor. I seems to help with painful spots (digital ulcers) for skin splits that won't heal.
