In agony with yet another wicklow that I've knocked whilst it and has protruded and is now bleeding.

I should be grateful as the paper cut symptoms are at a minimum this year, but wow this bloody hurts 😕

I'm sorry to hear that...this illness is full of insults great and small!

I am new to this and still alarmed at how I can wake with new cuts round my nails, and more red dots across my arms.

I hope it will ease soon. I don't think we can use ordinary scented creams any more to soothe it?

Hi Lila,

Thank you, it's times like this when you're just looking fur sympathy from a fellow sufferer who knows what those small knocks can do... The constant bombardment of new and painful symptoms can really run raged on you're psyche.

As you scented creams - I mainly avoid as the slightest broken skin can pick up badly on the scented although beautiful creams. I use masses of doublebass cream as it really feels like it 'feeds' the ever drying skin, especially in my shins this year.

Anyhoo, Merry Christmas I've decided a glass of fizz is in order and bugger the meds/alcohol issues lol xx

Well my wicklow has started to swell which is a precursor to it turning into an ulcer 😬 I've rang the doc who's sent antib's to the chemist. Ugh did not want to be on antib's at Christmas but it is what it is!
