Thanks for this, I note recommended use of Pilocarpine. I have been unable to obtain this for the last 12 months, change of manufacturer?

Yes the woman on the BSSA helpline warned me that supplies have dried up due to a manufacturing issue. My rheum offered it to me four months ago but she was also raising my dose of Mycophenolate to 3g and starting me on Sildenafil so I declined Pilocarpine as I'm very drug sensitive. So it's still unavailable then? Perhaps you could phone BSSA helpline and ask if they can tell you the situation as things stand now?
