My hands have been very bad this winter, Doc does not seem concerned and can't give me any help owing to Kidney trouble, have tried lots of things do not know what other help there is, also find that nails on fore and second fingers are flaking any one got many suggestions, wonder if this is part of Raynauds?

Can you take milk thistle? It's a herbal remedy from health food shops. I also like to drink Rochester ginger drink or licorice tea. i would ask my doctor before having milk thistle or licorice tea. Do any of your kidney meds advise against use with raynaurds or poor circulation?
