Has anyone successfully ordered these from the RSA shop?

Do they really heat your feet and keep them warm?

Yes, I have bought from the RSA shop but the first pair went missing, we believe in the post but when I got in touch and explained that I hadn't received them, there was another pair put in the post immediately. Yes they do heat your feet and keep them warm, I wouldn't be without them now.
