mmm bout 15 mins maybe longer?? couldnt walk easily.....

Yet another of the problems we raynauds & scleroderma sufferers have to put up with,i too have this problem, and it happens quite regularly, nothing I can do about it though,i just wait for it go away,it happens in both feet from time to time, and I have nearly fallen over because of it,so I thionk I know what you are going through, and I really feel for you,but please do not let your condition get the better of you,try to stay positive, and you will overcome it,as to your numb foot,i hope it does not happen to often for you.Take care, and god bless you.TIM.

Yeah, i get it in my hands and arms now too, thanks though.

Its funny you mention that. That was something that used to happen to me quite a lot. Before I started on treatment for my now diagnosed auto-immune conditions.

At the time I never mentioned it to anyone. It was even before I started to get the white fingers.
