I used it some years ago, following my hysterectomy. I think it helped breast pain, but not much else. I didn't have Raynaud's then though, so I don't know if it would help. I also tried Back Cohosh for meno symptoms, and finally resorted to HRT. If you go on the British Gynaecology/obstetrician website, they give some good information about supplements that might help meno symptoms.
