My daughter has been diagnosed with oblique muscle pain since August. It comes from a combination of workouts at the gym and working from home since March. She has been to Sports Medicine doctor, who had no clue. Sent her to Physical Therapy where they caused more damage, and now pain is in lower back. She switched therapists and its not much better. Back pain is still there. Anyone go through something similar? Anyone have some idea if it ever improves. Thanks for your help.
