I am a new member, I suffer from sleep apnea and vacant seizures. I was diagnosed in 2013 of epilepsy when I was 42 years old and it destroyed my life. I lost my job and suffer from memory loss, it has taken me a long time to find a trigger for my seizures which I believe to be tiredness. I still suffer from episodes of apnoea as well as seizures and I have joined here to find some answers

I also have Sleep Apnoea and have been on cpap for almost 15 years now. Are you on cpap? It is not for everyone but if you can tolerate it then the tiredness is eliminated. It changed my life, the frightening apnoea events are a thing of the past and I am not tired. I obviously cannot help with your other problems but if you can eliminate the tiredness who knows you might get your life back too.
