Has it been suggested that you tackle the causes of your sleeplessness?

I've tried every trick in the book, but they don't seem to work, maybe my drugs need changing, I've got a drug review coming up in a few days ,I'm on a lot of heart medications ,maybe they're what's causing the problem
A drug review is great! Besides melatonin, I have to take quetiapine/Seroquel at bedtime and it doesn't seem to lose its ability to make me sleepy. When 1st taking it, it made me enormously sleepy but that faded quite a bit and now it gets me to fall asleep, but not to stay asleep for long. It appears that the melatonin may be helping in the area of staying asleep more than 2-3 hours. Four to occasionally 6 hours is a definite improvement. I hope you find your answer soon!
