Most common response I get from folks when I say that I'm having problems sleeping.

It's a bit frustrating when people automatically assume that I'm drinking a butt load of caffeinated beverages, which I do not.

Yes even more frustrating when you have gone decaffeinated like I have. Strangely the people I know who can go to sleep literally as soon as their head hits the pillow and sleep all night drink caffeinated coffee and often have a cup before retiring. I wish they would give me a bit of their sleep.x

It's so much easier to tell someone else what to do than to take care of ourselves and follow up on what we need to do to heal.
