Having read some of the comments about specialist I'm not going there.I have had autoimmune issues since I was 18, I'm 73 now and found information about this syndrome last night. I have 10 symptoms. I don't need medical confirmation I'll do what did when I had Crohns I'll treat myself. With God's direction I came across GAPS website Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Dr Natash McBride. Basically broth and soup let's the gut digestion rest then the body heals itself. This will cancel the inflammation and the symptoms disappear. I have not had Crohns for 12 years. I obviously need to follow GAPS again. The best advice is to treat your gut flora with homemafe Sourkraut and Kefir. All fermented foods will build up your gut health which restores the brain's chemicals and hormones. Use organic always and non scheme water it's full of floride a poison and toxins.

I update myself in 3 months 🤗
