I, too, am tired of being told that I'm fine because my tests are within the "normal" box. Most doctors just treat symptoms because they don't really understand autoimmune diseases. I did find a Naturopath (USA) that prescribed me a low dose of thyroid medication and testosterone. They got rid of most of the muscle twitching, night sweats and rapid bone loss. And I'm sleeping better. I practice self lymph massage which helps the nodes drain from my face & neck. There are a lot of online videos about this. Don't get dehydrated and exercise every day to help eliminate toxins. I eat a restricted diet limiting inflammatory foods, that which upsets my digestion or causes itching/eczema.

I have tolerable symptoms for now, taking only Salagen for dryness. Thanks for asking. Good luck in getting some positive treatment. I've had results with Osteopathic doctors if you can find one that you're covered for.
