Urgency and urinary incontinence

I'm 40 years old, I had two children over 20 years ago C-section, tubal leep procedure, hysterectomy (I still have ovaries) and more recently, they tried to fix my bladder with a sling and some other surgery. However, I feel my urgency and incontinence have gotten worse. Is there anyone out there maybe similar to my situation that could offer me some insight, hope? Anything would be so greatly appreciated!

I am wondering if you have worked with a physical therapist with special training or with an advanced degree with emphasis on pelvic floor disorders? A PT with that specialization might be able to help with the urgency, and thus with the incontinence as well. And I am assuming you have ruled out urinary tract infection(s), which can cause urgency?
