Once baby arrives breastfeed should be your priorty, once baby arrives your parental instinct will kick in. When we had our first daughter, she was diagnose after a week of her birth. We were very devastated and we cried for a year, we reassured ourselves that it's a miss diagnosed that's when she got her first crisis. As we have done all the crying, our parental instinct quickly kicked in. Oh I almost forget, I breastfeed for 2years. My daughter is 10yrs and she has had only 3admission. She has crisis everyweek, but we manage it well and her school is fantastic.
