Hi there jo;

thanks for replying, pretty much, my experience has been severe crises up until when I commenced on hydroxyurea in 2003 then blood transfusion in 2005 and lastly on exchange transfusion in 2014, of all the exchange transfusion has really given me a lot of well-time to be able to pursue my career as mostly my non-s level is kept above 60-65% before transfusion which then achieves a non-s level of over 90% post transfusion.
