The information you are posting isn't new. Most of it was researched in the US due to the unfortunately deaths of people.

Also ask the consultant if there is anything you can do to help.

I know as soon as I had trait I made it clear to any sports team I was on if I wanted water I was having it no discussion. Oddly enough it was then me stopping others collasping with dehydration.
