I have heard about the tea, but I have yet to meet anyone who has actually tried it.

It sounds almost too good to be true.

I drink it, its more commonly known in the UK as Red bush. It contains no caffeine so it doesn't not dehydrate you. As for pain i don't know. It can help with upset stomachs, as it is gentle on the stomach and is 50 times more of an antioxidant than green tea. You can drink it with or without milk it doesn't really make a difference. Its better with honey if you need it sweeter or try zylatol which is made from trees and it doesn't taste any different to normal cane sugar, plus its super good for your teeth as it helps strengthen. Hope this helps! x

Moringa and Rooiboa are two different things. The combination, however, is a powerhouse.
