Definitions:
Vaginal moisturizers are for loss of moisture and are different from lubricants. They are meant to be used 3 - 5 times a week. MUST BE VETTED BY YOUR DOCTORS.

Dialators -A vaginal dilator is a medical device that is often prescribed to help women with sexual pain syndromes. The dilator can help decrease anxiety and pain associated with sexual intercourse. Some women report improved sensuality and sexuality after using a dilator. Use 2 -3 times a week. MUST BE VETTED BY YOUR DOCTORS.
