Greetings!

SHARE Cancer Support is conducting a survey in order to assess the needs of anyone diagnosed with uterine/endometrial cancer. The survey results will help inform SHARE’s patient support and educational offerings for the uterine cancer community.

If you have been diagnosed with uterine/endometrial cancer please consider taking this survey (~10 minutes). Your answers will be anonymous, and you may stop the survey at any time.

As a thank you for your participation, you can opt to be entered into a random drawing to win one of four $50 Amazon gift cards!
