how long does Ibrance stay in your system?

it has a half life of approximately 27 hours..so by the end of the week you should have none on your system. However, it’s side effects linger far longer…🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone's body is different plus, a lot of us seem to be on different doses & scheduals so it would probably be wiser to discuss this with your Oncologist. But I can say that around June / July I had to see an Endodontist about whether or not I needed to have a root canal done due to biting through the lingual cusps (tooth ridges facing the tongue). This subject came up & he told me it was good for at least a week. Also had this discussion with my Oncologist's assistant trying to get an operation set up for my artificial hip joint & I'm to tell the Orthopedic scheduling nurse that I can go off Ibrance 3 weeks before the surgery & I'm o.k. to stay off for 13 weeks after.

Ibrance stays in your blood for about 6 days after your last dose. But the drug can have effects on the body even after it's out of your system. Its half-life is27 hours.
