Hi Sandra. I haven’t stopped Xeloda yet. Since my last PET scan showed mixed results (some lesions disappeared or gotten smaller while some got bigger (liver), my oncologist decided to try a protocol which which was the topic of a lecture he attended. It’s metronomic dosing of Xeloda and Navelbine. Xeloda 500 mg 3x daily and Navelbine M-W-F 20 mg after breakfast and dinner. Actually he tweaked it because in the trial, those already on Xeloda were excluded but he said no harm in trying. I just started Navelbine last August 16 so it’s just almost a month since I started on this combination. By the way, I just had my MRI a few days ago and the results were good. The biggest lesion continued its reduction in size and the rest remained subcentimeter in size. Hope you continue to ride your ebike. Thanks and be well❤️Maria

I’m on oral Navelbine, just started August 16 in combination with Xeloda. So far, I’m just experiencing slight fatigue on the days when I take the Navelbine.
