Take a very good quality B bit and a 100 mgs.B 6 twice daily but not more! ALA is great and especially for sugar control. One really good one is Jarrow ubiqinol 200 mgs. 2 in AM and one in evening or two while on treatment.
Thank you so much for posting this, my husband is a cancer survivor and he has ongoing neuropathy and I am now going to ensure he is taking B6 and ALA
Having looked at the ingredients of the products that it largely what is in it them along with one of them has 1000% of RDA of B1 (Thiamine) so probably around ~ and 11mg.
Then the night time one has melatonin and lavender to aid sleep ~ you may already take melatonin I take 20mg a night which seems to be the consensus of the view to take to help block key metabolic pathways of cancer. It is after all the ‘healing hormone’
So I think it’s nicely packaged but doubt it’s got much different stuff in than you already take
Thanks for the input. I saw that the night one has melatonin. I thought it might be nice to get it all in one pill vs. separately. The one i was considering has turmeric and ginger for inflammation. Love your name BigHugs!
