Hi .. I would advise keep them short and use a cuticle oil twice a day and a good handcream .. unfortunately there's nothing you can do about the ridges ... dont buff them down as you will thin your nails out but keeping them short will help with the curling.... Im a nail technician by the way lol also if you're going through iv chemo you can put on a dark coloured normal nail polish and this can help protect your nails a bit too ... hope this helps xxx

Thanks for the help I am trying to keep them short💅 I do put lots of handcream on all day it also affects toe nails but I’m still here🌹

I use OPI Nail Envy clear nail Strengthener polish. It has helped a lot. Be sure to follow the directions. It costs about $17 at the grocery or drug store.

All the best!

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Costco has a good price)I add the powder to my morning tea and/or an afternoon shake. Took about 10-12 months but saw great results!

Have you tried biotin? It is very useful on my nails but it does increase tumor markers, so I stop it a week before my blood work.
