Question about Ibrance
No evidence of disease.
The holy grail...lol.
Hi,
It stands for no evidence of disease. Sometimes we see “no evidence of active disease” which is also good news. Being stable (even if there is no shrinkage of tumours) is a good place to be. It shows that treatment is working and holding back the disease.

Thank you
No evidence of disease! Go celebrate! 🎉 No u can’t stop treatment....it will last from 3 months to 3 years +....But for now throw a party! Mine lasted a 1 year and a half...😀
Your question has been answered-no evidence of disease. I have been on it since nov 2018. My last pet scan was oct 15 2020. Which nothing was really lightening up except small bone lesion on left femur. Well I got a boil on my breast and my medical dr wanted mammogram bilateral done which showed really nothing but then they did a bilateral ultrasound and said there is a new mass in left breast. My lymph node is reduced but my right breast show boil with lymph node enlarged. Figure this out. I know the infection would do that. Waiting on my tumor marker results done yesterday. I am not worried really but puzzled about this new mass and I guess my onc will call me even though medical ordered the exams. They find things then they are not there on later exams anyway Ibrance has been working and hope to continue it. I hope you are doing good with it. Stay strong and God bless!🙏❤️✝️
