Headaches
Hi Marianne...
I can't say definitively that I get headaches from Ibrance + Faslo, but I do get an occasional headache while on this treatment. A normal dose of Motrin or similar generally solves the problem. If it's worse than that for you, I would def mention to your doc...Maybe also be conscious of your hydration? I've learned on this site to be very deliberate about getting enough water...I think that lack of water can also cause headaches.. But, you certainly don't want to ignore some potentially more serious cause..
I hope this clears up for you; please do let us know if there's a bigger issue behind the headaches..
Best,
Lynn
I got a couple of migraines when I was taking the Ibrance 3 weeks straight. Since I switched to one week on one week off they have stopped
I have not, but I echo LynnFish's comment about hydration. I really work hard to make sure I am drinking lots especially around when I take the Ibrance. Hope you can find a solution.
I sometimes get a headache when I get my faslodex shots.
But as a few people have said, it's also sooo important to drink alot of water.
I do get sinus headaches and post nasal drip& cough it is very frustrating. I am still trying to find a solution .
i am on Ibrance and Anastrozole. headaches have been part of my make up since childhood. migraines started in the late teen years. they seemed to dissipate in the late 30's and resurface once the mets treatment started. additionally, sinusitis was exacerbated. i spoke with Pfizer about sinus challenges. i was told that 1% of the the Ibrance population has sinusitis. i need to follow through with the migraines. i am currently seeing a neuro onc for the migraines.
