I wanted to find out is anyone on 200mg of Ribociclib wuth good results

What other name is the drug called. It sounds like one of the CDK 4/6 INHIBITORS

I also would be interested to know this. I take ribociclib (Kisqali) but I'm now on 400 mg. I started with 600 but after two rounds had to reduce to 400 because of the low WBC. My last scan showed NED so I'm hesitant to make changes but would love to have more energy and avoid all those days of fatigue.

Mine is more like hair thinning but only I notice it so far. It is more at the top front of my head.
