I take turmeric supreme by Gaia Herbs; one in am and one in pm, sometimes two in pm. Use turmeric or curcumin w/black pepper on food.

I used turmeric too. One pills for day. But I don’t sure this working. I don’t saw difference

One thing to note is that turmeric is difficult to absorb, and a form that is hydro-soluble may absorb better.

Hello! I recommend Longvida Curcumin (better bioavalabily) but check with your doctor before.
