Anyone taking riboclilib medicine...if pablocilib failed...plz share

Hi amitgar27. I am new to this site, but have been taking Ribocliclib since I was dx w/mbc to the bones June of 2017. I am part of a clinical trial with Ribocliclib. When I started, my CA 15-3 was 129 and my CA 26-29 was 140. I am on a combo of Riboclicib & Letozole and also get Zometa infusions every 12 weeks. During my first year on Ribocliclib, my markers went down ranging in the 66 to 96 range. Then, about July of 2018 my markers started back up. My last count was CA 15-3 @ 189 and CA 27-29 @ 280. Going in the wrong direction. My Ono wants to add Faslodex, but the clinical trial has not approved the new regiment. I will be approaching Cycle 22 on Riboclicib, pending a CT Scan and new blood blood results taken this week. I will not get results until I see my Ono next week. I have not had any negative effects with Riboclicib. Hope this helps. Will post more next week.
