Scan Results!

Last week I wrote about how nervous I was waiting for scan results. My consultant called me today and they are ok........yay! No progression, no reduction but no progression. What was I worried about? Onwards and upwards for another round.

My twin brother has just been treated for cancer on his tongue. His operation was a complete success, they cut the cancer away, stripped the lymph nodes in his neck and rebuilt his tongue with muscle from his arm. There is no trace of cancer anywhere else so we are celebrating!

The sun is out, the birds are singing and I have a good scan result- it’s a good day!

Much love
